We have a dishwasher that keeps throwing the circuit breaker in the house. Mr. Dillard came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was honesty with us in saying it would be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher than to put money into repairs (as ours is a "builder's grade" (low-end) model. He also showed me that repair parts were unavailable from the manufacturer. He was in and out in under an hour. I appreciate his honesty.
